A traditional blend of onions, celery, leeks and carrots to create this delicious vegetable stock that is beautifully flavoured with organically grown lovage, parsley, nutmeg, turmeric, garlic and pepper.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans the stock cubes are gluten and yeast free.

Antony says:

“Although I haven’t been diagnosed with a food allergy or intolerance, I take a conscious decision to make free from meals at home to incorporate into our family’s diet.

I have found that I feel healthier if I limit my intake of foods derived from wheat and that contain yeast. I tend not to drink beer these days and you won’t find me enjoying birthday cake either but a delicious free from orange and almond alternative, or a Pavlova instead!

Free from products have come a long way since the early days and free from doesn’t have to mean an inferior taste. We’ve worked hard to successfully remove the gluten and yeast whilst leaving behind a rich stock that doesn’t compromise on taste. For a rich stock, dissolve one stock cube in 500mls of boiling water and stir well.
